We want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase you make. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

  • A return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or confirmation email).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and technical reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Installed, used, or damaged items

  • Electrical or electronic components once installed

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Clearance or discounted items marked as Final Sale

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (see Section 4 below).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at hello@speedycarkits.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address and shipping label (if eligible).

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as they may not be processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos or video evidence of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — whichever you prefer.
We may request the item to be returned before sending a replacement.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your return is rejected, we’ll notify you via email with a detailed explanation.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or variant, please contact us at hello@speedycarkits.com.

Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected. You may be responsible for the price difference (if applicable) and return shipping costs.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may still request a return after receiving the item (following the standard return process).

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at hello@speedycarkits.com with your order number.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time for refunds to be officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at hello@speedycarkits.com, and we’ll assist you right away.

9. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless:

  • The product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

  • The return was authorized as a result of our error.

In these cases, SpeedyCarKits® will cover the shipping cost or provide a prepaid label.

10. Restocking Fee (if applicable)

In certain cases (such as opened packaging or missing accessories), a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
This helps us maintain product quality and packaging standards for all customers.
